After graduating from the Municipal Dance School of Londrina, Higor went on to study at the Bolshoi Theater School in Brazil. Higor danced professionally for 10 years with “Ballet de Londrina”, where he mainly performed contemporary dance, but also classical ballet. Passionate about the art of movement, he deepened his knowlegde by earning a degree in Physical Education at State University of Londrina.

Higor is a certified Fletcher Pilates teacher, having studied at the school that is one of the world’s leading references in Pilates. There, he found a connection between Pilates, Dance & Movement, becoming even more fascinated by the way we learn and improve our ability to move our bodies efficiently.
